We are not a standard retail store. We purchase our inventory from stores that have gone out of business or have overstock and also from individuals.

 

Because we purchase from secondary sources some of our inventory is older, out of print or harder to find. It also will vary in condition. We describe the condition of each of our items. For more information on cross stitch conditions click here. Please contact us with questions regarding condition prior to ordering.

 

 

Because we purchase from a variety of secondary sources we never know what we will have in stock from one day to the next. Very often we will have only a single copy of a cross stitch item at a given time. 

 

If you saw something that is now gone - it most like was sold and we no longer have another. We may or may not get it again  - we don't know.

 

We can add you to a watch list - but can't guarantee when or if the item will be in stock again.

 

 

The inventory we offer is stored in a smoke-free environment. Please keep in mind however that the some of our items are purchased second-hand and we can not guarantee that everything came from as clean of an environment. However - we do take care in purchasing items and do not knowingly purchase items that may have been stored where people smoke. If an item does have a smoky odor it will be mentioned in the condition description.

Rarely the older cross stitch books may have a musty odor depending on how they have been stored. Again - if this applies we will try to mention it in the condition description.
