Sizing a Bracelet
It is important to get the correct size when ordering a bracelet. If the bracelet uses a toggle clasp it may work its way loose if the bracelet is sized too large. If the bracelet is sized correctly you will have no trouble at all.
To get the correct size measure your wrist just above the wrist bone. Make sure to measure the wrist you will be wearing the bracelet on. Use a tape measure or use a piece of string and then measure the string. Add 1" to the measurement and that will give you the size you need.
Your bracelet does not need to fit snug. It should have enough room to put a finger between the bracelet and your wrist.
If you prefer to wear your bracelets very loose - make sure to request a lobster clasp instead of the toggle clasps.
What if I order the wrong size?
We will resize your item once for only the cost of shipping ($4.95 in U.S.) provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
To request your item be resized simply contact us and let us know what you need. We will send you information on where to return your item and what the shipping cost will be ($4.95 in U.S.) If you have owned your item for longer than 14 days and need to have it resized then the cost is $5.00 PER ITEM plus shipping ($4.95 in U.S). To request your item be resized after 14 days simply contact us and we'll provide instructions and total cost with shipping.
Do you have additional charms to choose from?
Click here to view pictures of most of our charms. Some products only allow you to choose from a subset of charms (for example teacher charms for Teacher's Rainbow bracelet). If you see something here that you would like to use, but it's not on the list to choose from, contact us and we'll check availability and help you to try to get the item you want.
Do you do custom orders?
For beaded jewelry we will do our best to accommodate custom orders. If you see something you like and want it in a different size or color - or you want a charm added or removed - just ask. We will gladly to it if possible.
We will adjust prices accordingly (up or down) and will try to meet your requests as quickly as possible. Custom orders may require us to order some additional supplies - so there may be a time delay which you will be notified of up front. Payment for jewelry orders is due PRIOR to the custom item being made. |
