This beautiful pendant with an image of a bird tending her nest was handmade by me.

I attached an image to a natural brass blank, and then applied a thick clear glaze.

 

This image was taken from a painting by John Anster Fitzgerald, titled: Robin Defending His Nest, c. 1858-60.

 

The pendant is thin and light and very lovely. Much different than the scrabble tile, domino, glass image pendants.

 

The image is strung on a Natural Brass Chain. The chain measures approximately 17" with the pendant adding about another 3" for a total length of 20". 

 

The bird and leaf charms are also Natural Brass.

 

I can lengthen the chain if needed for .75 cents per inch. I can shorten it for no additional cost.

 

The pendant is not waterproof. Do not wear in shower, while swimming, etc.
