Many of our cross stitch items are purchased used. Due to this it is very important that you understand the condition of the item you are interested in prior to purchasing it. We scan one picture of an item the first time we sell it. We do not rescan it again. Therefore the PICTURE of the item may not represent the CONDITION of the item you are actually buying. It is important that you read the description of each cross stitch item carefully.
General Guidelines for conditions:
Like New: It was most likely preowned but is in as good of condition as you could purchase it at a store. (Keep in mind that many new items in stores contain some display wear.
Excellent: May show some minor wear but probably near new condition.
Very Good: Will show some obvious usage wear. May have a name written on it, some aging, some obvious scuffing etc. Still nice overall.
Good: Will most likely show moderate wear. May be creased, have more writing etc.
Poor/Fair: Will have heavy to VERY heavy wear. Pages may be stained, wrinkled or loose. If a page is missing it will always be stated if we see that it is missing. Pattern will still be usable but expect it to be in POOR conditon.
If in doubt always ask prior to making your purchase.
