You MUST have a customer account with us to return an unwanted item. Create an account prior to completing your order, do not check out as guest if you want the option to return items. (see below)
Lost or Damaged Items
Insurance is available at checkout to guard against items lost or damaged during shipping. No refunds will be given for items lost or damaged during shipping without insurance.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped an incorrect item or if we omitted an item from your order will will work with you to resolve the issue. Follow the instructions below to request a Return Authorization number and provide the necessary information.
All Other Returns
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to items returned for any other reason. Items MUST be in the same condition as they were shipped. Shipping charges to and from will not be refunded. You must request a return within 10 days using the steps outlined below. Please keep in mind that it is illegal to copy and then return a pattern.
How to Request a Return
Cobweb Corner uses a Return Management Authorization (RMA) system to process returns. When you request a return you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Instructions will be sent to you after your return is authorized.
If you don't have an account with us use the Contact Us button to request help with a damaged shipment or a wrong or missing item. We will create an RA and contact you.
If you have an account with us then the easiest way to request a return is through your account page.
- Log into your account and go to the 'My Account' section.
- In the Track Your Recent Orders section, click on the View Details link for the order you would like to initiate the RMA for.
- Once in the order, click on the "Request Return" button.
- Choose the number of items you want to return in the Order Items section.
- In the Order Return Options section, choose the Reason and Method for the return.
- Finally add any comments in the Comments section.
- Once done, click Save RMA and en email will be sent to you and Cobweb Corner.
