Returns are accepted for the following reasons. You must request a return authorization number. You can contact us or request it via your account (see below)
Note - Insurance is NOT included in Economy Shipping.
Lost or Damaged Items
No refunds will be given for items lost or damaged during shipping without insurance (ECONOMY SHIPPING).
Orders with tracking that are marked as DELIVERED are not covered. If your package is marked as delivered then check with your post office, neighbors etc.
If you choose First Class shipping with Tracking/Insurance or Priority Shipping then contact us regarding your package.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped an incorrect item or if we omitted an item from your order will will work with you to resolve the issue. Contact us using the menu link and let us know what happened.
All Other Returns
If your item is in it's original salable condition, unopened if applicable then it may be returned within 5 days of delivery. A 15% restock fee will apply. Additional fees may apply if the item is not in it's original condition when returned. Shipping is nonrefundable.
How to Request a Return
You may contact us - or use the steps below.
If you have an account with us then the easiest way to request a return is through your account page.
- Log into your account and go to the 'My Account' section.
- In the Track Your Recent Orders section, click on the View Details link for the order you would like to initiate the RMA for.
- Once in the order, click on the "Request Return" button.
- Choose the number of items you want to return in the Order Items section.
- In the Order Return Options section, choose the Reason and Method for the return.
- Finally add any comments in the Comments section.
- Once done, click Save RMA and en email will be sent to you and Cobweb Corner.
Once we receive your return request we will contact you.
